Patagonia, Giving Tuesday, members, and supporters help us raise over $30k at end of 2019
Thanks to your generous support, we kicked off our 30th year with $32,000 from our end-of-2019 fundraising campaign. The total included a generous match from Patagonia, a wonderful turnout at the Amador Community Foundation’s Giving Tuesday open house (plus match from event sponsors), online donations made to us and through Patagonia Action Works, stock donations, and checks sent to our office.

From November 29 through mid-December 2019, Patagonia matched nearly $11,000 in donations made to us by our big-hearted members and donors through Patagonia Action Works. This allowed us to exceed our year-end stretch goal of $1,000 for each of the 30 years in which we have been serving Amador and Calaveras counties by keeping our towns small, trees tall, and rivers wild.

We thank you, the giving group of Foothill Conservancy enthusiasts! Your generous gifts will help to roll out our new educational outings and presentations program later this year, launch our new website, and continue our watershed and land use advocacy work.
